Support in Toledo

Hey folks, I was looking forward to going to the meeting in Toledo that was cancelled. My surgery is December 12th. Is there anyone in Toledo (pre-op, post-op) who would like to get together before that? I have to do a liquid diet and daily heparin injections starting on the 30th of this month. It'd be such a relief to have local people to talk to about all of this. Anyway, if anyone is interested, let me know. I'd be happy to host a movie night or something

Hi Rebecca! I'm a pre-op also and very interested in a get together. I have a friend who would be also. Let's see how much interest there is. BTW, congrats on your surgery date!. I'm still waiting for approval.

Thanks Vickie, For some reason. Maybe the weight loss I have the christmas spirit. I had a bad christmas last year. I started my weight loss journey and that was all I had on my mind. I sent my family to my sisters house alone. I was sick and depressed. And didnt have any energy and had a appt with my surgeon Jan 3 That was all I could think of. Now I have energy I feel great. I want to spoil my grandbabies. They are such a joy. That keeps me going their little faces. I hope they are always that sweat Hugs Barb
