1 week and 1 day

well I have one week and one day to go till i'm on the losing side!!!! and after the support group meeting lastnight I'm really psyched about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just cant wait till it's done (surgery) then i can start living more. rich w

Rich, First off....good luck with the surgery! You are in excellent hands! Second where were you sitting? You know the guy up front that was asking all the questions? That is my neighbor who is going through the program also. His info hasn't been sent in to insurance yet but he inspired by Robert Phelps too! He was pretty inspirational wasn't he! Anyway I was sitting on the right side....second row....by the wall. I looked for you but didn't see you....not that I would really recognize you anyway....but I was there! light blue cords....pink, blue and white sweater... You will soon be a loser too! BTW I am now down 156 pounds! Just 36 more to my personal goal! Sue

Here ya go !!!! Your going to be a new man... Richard it is so much easier than you hear.... I thank myself everyday... Down 42 pounds 6 weeks... walking 2 miles a day... I coulnt walk 6 feet before I was so weak with my heart problems and weight... Now My heart is getting the excercise it needs... I feel like a new person...... I do amit getting past the first month was kind of hard with the diets and giving up foods. Now that I am on solids. I get full I stay full. I dont crave food... I feel in control for my first time. It is a exciting ride. I wake up every morning and see a difference.... You have made the best decision.. I am so happy for you Barb
