United Health Care and Tummy Tuck

Help! I have United Health Care - That is not the initial problem... What I need to do is find a Plastic Surgeon that will take insurance for a Tummy Tuck. It seems that most if not all have been burned by insurance companies and want pre-paid, if they will take insurance at all! So what I need, is a few references of Doctors that take the insurance in the Cincinnati area. Out of 8 pages from UHC, I have 1 doctor that is willing to do a pre-determination for surgery.. but over a month wait to see him. I lost 288 lbs, and have about 40+ lbs of skin pulling down and causing hernia complications, and... I have my PCF and RNY Doc willing to fill out papers to agree that it is not cosmetic. They have more nude pics of me than my wife (evil grin)! Any help appreciated! Darrell Brooks

congrats on your impressive weight lost. i believe that barix in groveport is in network with uhc, you may want to check it out. they do have a plastic surgeon now.
