Looking for surgeon

Im looking for a surgeon doing the Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy in either WV, PA near pitt, or Ohio for a friend. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Kelly, Dr. Phillip Schauer at the Cleveland Clinc does a sleeve gastrectomy, usually as a first step to eventually having a roux-n-y, for high risk patients. He comes highly recommended. Calpernia

Laura, Welcome to the board... My name is Barb I had my surgery Sept 21 ,2005 I am down 42 pounds in 6 weeks.... I live in Fairborn Ohio I am married with 2 grown daughters and 3 grandsons.... This surgery is the best decision I have made for myself. It saved my life... My first month was rough with depression. But I am doing great now.... When I lost my best friend food. It took a toll on me. I am on Meds for that.. Besides that the surgery went far more better than I expected. I was 272 I am down to 230..... I wish you a very smooth surgery !!!!!
