Ab workouts
Hi all, I have a problem well at least I think that it is... I have an umbilical hernia and I have been having trouble loosing my tummy... I have been told that my hernia is down low but I can't figure out why I have not been loosing my tummy... I am not to do sit ups or anything that will crunch my abs.... I am so depressed about this... I am loosing everywhere but my tummy... At times I look as though I am 5-6 months pregnant... Not a good feeling... I watch what I eat and I go to curves at least 3 times a week, and I walk at least 1 1/2 - 3 miles weather permitting.... My waist is not getting any smaller... I just don't know what else to try... I just want to sit and
at times.... If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it... Thanks....
