Hi, my date is October 4, 2005 and I have been doing a lot of shopping myself. I ended up ordering some protein water called ISOPURE. I think that the brand is "Natures Best" anyway, it has ZERO carbs and no suger. Better yet, each bottle has 40 grams of protein. BEST of luck!! I know that there are so many products out there. I am on a budget, but the protein is the most important thing immediately post op.

Where did you get the water from? I heard about the isopure that. I think gnc carries. I am having my sugery wens. I was told to worry about the protein the second week. But every diet is differnt from patient to patient. If I can get protein in me sooner. I think that I would benifit from it. Take Care Barb
