Wow Ann, that was quite a list of questions. I'll see if I can help. I drank a lot of propel those 1st few weeks. I also had SF Kool-aid. Don't worry about the protein right away. I didn't start protein until the pureed stage(week 2 for me). Stick with SF jellos and puddings. Any SF popsicles are fine. The brand will vary by store. As far as the protein powder, someone else will have to steer you in the right direction. I don't do the powders. The ones at GNC are more potent. Hope this helps. Sharyn

Propel is a s/f fitness drink made by gatorade. It comes in many different flavors and has some nutritional value, but no protein. But I really like it for my between meal sipping. I sip it while I am working out and it seems to keep me well hydrated.. Laura

I buy the cheapo bag of sugar free popsicles from Walmart. I love them and they satisfy the need to crunch on something. I also put them in my little bullet blender and made myself s/f slushies to keep my mouth busy. lol In the beginning I did best with Carb concious sugar free carnation instant breakfast and skim milk. It had a nice amount of protein and didnt have that yucky protein powder taste. It helped to ease me into the full fledged protein shakes. They also come in ready to serve cans as well. Some people cant tolerate their beverages icy cold at first, they say it made their tummies cramp. But for me I wanted my beverages ICY cold and loved my crystal light lemonade on ice. I also turned that into slushies sometime. As far as the Jello pudding. I just bought the boxed instant sugar free kind. I found I couldnt eat a whole pudding cup and wasted a lot. It was much easier to just make the pudding and put it in tiny little containers with lids. I found some 2 ounce containers with lids at the dollar store and made my own little puddins.. I loved the bannana cream pie flavor, cheesecake flavor and the lemon. They taste so good its hard to believe they are good for you. I hope this helps. Laura

Barb, I bought some chocolate flavored protein powder mix at Walmart called carb solutions ,and it was awesome. You mix it with water and shake it up and leave it in the fridge for about an hour and its got a great smooth flavor. It's also cheap!! I tried several protein drinks and this one was my favorite. It also comes in vanilla and strawberry, but I haven't found one single protein drink in strawberry that I like, and strawberry is my favorite flavor. Good luck on Wednesday!!!! Josie

Hey Barb I'm going to be honest with you. I have not felt like doing much partying the last couple of years. However, now that i'm loosing weight, I fully admit that I am going to be to deal with. I definately have some traveling and parties in mind!! Sharyn
