I just got home from seei...

I just got home from seeing Dr.Kurtis Martin. I now have met two doctors in my lifetime that treat me like an equal. What a funny down to earth darling doctor. He is doing my arms on monday and he makes me feel so relaxed. I am excited now and not nervous. He is working with Dr.Curry I think, and what a wonderful team. I dont mean working exactly, referring each others patients. They are both so great and I really feel like one of the lucky ones. Wish me luck and I will let you how it went probably on tuesday. I am an outpatient but I am sure I will be out of it a bit on Monday. Love you all. Love, Cindy

Cindy, Best wishes with your arm surgery, It is always nice to have a friendly doctor. It relaxes the patient. Let us know all the details after you home and doing well. We might want to use him for our selves. Also this cant be as bad as the tt. I heard the tt is a painful surgery. take Care\ Barb

Good Luck Cindy, Are going to post before and after pictures? What hospital does he work out of? It would be great if Dr. C did have a PS guy that he worked with. I don't think most of the plastics guys would know what to do with a lapband port if they came across one. Cathy P

Cindy, I guess you are getting nervous because you just repeated yourself 3 times..lol let us know how you are doing, I can come hold your hand as you wait for the surgery if ya wanna..just yell at me, send me an email with time and location and I will be there for you! I will see Dr. Martin on Tues. as I am trying to work out going to a talk with him that evening in Dayton, you are right he is so down to earth and funny...Nurse Ellen has been a great help to me too. I keep putting off my TT but I know it has to be done before long, hopefully this winter. Tell him I said hello !! Good Luck! Brenda
