reconstructive surgery appeal

anyone out there that could help me with an appeal to medicaid for skin removal thanks

There have got to be SERIOUS medical issues for Medicaid to ever approve plastic surgery, would be my guess. I am very familiar with insurance and I have never seen them approve it.
