Hi everyone, I am having a little problem getting my vitamins in each day.. Apparently the ones that I bought don't seem to be what the center wants me to have... I have been taking the Centrum chewables, B-complex liquid, and chewable calcium... I am not sure if these are right or not... I can't seem to find the calcium citrate that they want us to take.. And not sure if it is the right B- one either.... I can't seem to get the protien shakes down... I gag with them and then end up in the bathroom or dumping... I hardly eat anything and I haven't lost any weight in about a two weeks now... I am stuck... If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it... Thanks ... Julia 281/212/??

CVS has the calcium citrate. I buy the CVS brand. When I got mine they were buy one get one free. I can not remember the price, however they were pretty reasonable. On the protein, I use prostat 64 wild cherry flavor. I add it to applesauce, SF jello, smoothies, anything with a fruit flavor. It does not have the whey (rotten egg) flavor. They sell it at Barix in Columus, or you can google it. I know there is a website, however I don't know the address. I have seen several post on plateau busters. Try posting on the main board about a plateau buster and someone should be able to give you the info. Best of luck. Hugs, Lisa

You are going to have many points not losing. i have had so many in the last 14 months. So normal. It will come off,it takes alot of patience. As far as vitimins. I take am.multi vitimin and 2 biotein(2000)mgs. At p.m. 2 citrical.(citrate) and in the evening another multi/ I take two multis because it has iron and they told me too at the GNC. Good luck.. The protien shake is tough. I drank Susan Marias smoothys. 35 grams of pro. and the choc and strawberry were very good. I never made one shake the whole time. I liked the easy way out with ready made shakes. Love, Cindy

I use the Vita-smart womens formula Multi-vit, I get it from K-mart, cheaper than Centrium and umm dunno about the chewables or not, but a lot of the centriums don't have iron in them from what I've read on the labels. You want the sublingual (under the tongue)vit b-12, you can get these at GNC or Walmart quite cheaply. GNC had a buy 1 get 1 50% off going last time I was there. They're always having a sale on something. I also use the GNC's On Any Whey, this is a tasteless protein that can be added to many foods. To the left on the state page is an ad for Profect, which I have been using since I was 3.5 months out. 2.7 ozs + 25 grams of protein! Very convenient, easy to get down, not gritty or chalky, thicker than water, but not syrupy. I it! I also use SciTec's Vanilla Very Berry, mmmm Vanilla Pineapple, mmmm Vanilla White Strawberry Chocolate, mmmm And going to try the Tropical Blast today. I like variety, but so far SciTec's got the best tasting supp's in shake form yet that I have tried. I mix them with water, I find anything I mix with milk, I on. I got my last shipment from Bodybuilders.com. hugs and luck!
