Protein Balls , Again
Hi Laura,
I have that recipe somewhere and I have made them a couple of different ways. I bought SF honey, chopped nuts, chunky or smooth PB and a scoop of any flavor of protein powder. I will email you with the exact amounts when I find the darned thing.

1 cup of tasteless protein powder ( i use GNC's On Any Whey)
1 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of oats (old-fashioned, not instant)
1/2 cup s/f honey or molasses or reg. honey.
Mix with blender, roll into walnut size balls, chill.
For variation you can roll them in nuts or whatever trips your trigger before chilling them.
about 8 grams of protein per ball.
