I found Calciun Citrate +D at Walmart. It's there brand Equate. It's a lot cheaper than the name brands. I also get my B12 sublingual there a lot cheaper than GNC. Robin W

In case you do not like to take pills, you can go to the website www.bariatricadvantage.com. They have calcium citrate that you can order. They come in cinnamin, mint and chocolate chewable wafers. Each wafer is 400mg. You can space them out during the day. Or you can go to Vitamin Shoppe and they have chewable calcium citrate. I dont remember the name of the brand. For that one, you take 4 wafers. 2 in the am and 2 in the pm. They taste like giant sweet tartes. I hope this helps. I order the cinnamin chewable wafers from bariatric advantage. Sharon
