Very happy with my PCP

I went for a consult for the supervised diet; and since my last visit 4 months ago, I have lost approx. 14 lbs. Yea!!!! But that's not the best part... He told me that he will note that I've been on the supervised diet since may. YES!!!!!!! That only leaves me with 2 months of the six month diet. Then he mentions that if I continue to lose weight, I might not be able to qualify. So he gave me a 1500 diet sheet to use. 7more pounds,I don't think will put me out for the surgery. I tried to do that with my insurance company. My doctor wrote the letter and everthing. Saying I have been on a supervised diet for 12 months. Beleive it or not. My insurance company wanted proof for each month that I was in the doctor. I was so mad. I just finished my last month and I am waiting on appoval. Take Care Barb

Don't tell me that, I'm hoping that my doctor says the right thing in the right order. I go back every four months as it is. So I'm hoping that he can get away with saying that -- that's the schedule he put me on for weigh-in's. HOpe your approved real soon.
