Richard thank you for the compliment. I am in Heaven today, When I did my Monday morning weigh in I was at 198 pounds. I havent been under 200 in so long I cant even remember. I feel so good inside and out. Now I just have to find that one really good close up pic that someone flashed of me. I cant remember who took it, but it looked like a great pic. I was smiling obvious a lot happier, thinner, kinder, person . I am ready to get rid of Ms Sourpuss!!!!! I ran into my PCP at the Bowling Alley on Sat and he walked right past me. Then he walked backwards and said hesitantly " Laura"????? I said yessum.. He said he would never of recognized me losing this much weight. I also told him about what I learned about supplements and elements we could be low on in our body. He said to get in with him this week and get a complete once over and some blood work. He also said with losing that much weight a lot of my meds could go or be greatly reduced. I just feel incredible and I wished i could of had the surgery sooner.. But I guess God had it in his plans for me to be right where I am at this moment in time. Otherwise I might not of met you and Teri..And Liz, and Cindy, Vicki, Suzie, Tabitha, Paula, Julie, Jamiee... and the list goes on and on. I feel like I lost a lot of weight and gained a whole new family!!! Love and hugs Laura
