Support Group Meetings in Columbus Ohio

Does anyone know of any support group meetings here in Columbus? Is there a charge and must you have had the surgery at the same bariatric center hosting the meeting? Thanks Donna

I attend the OSU support group meetings that meet on the first Wednesday of the month. There is no charge and you did not have to have your surgery at OSU to attend. I know there are others around in the suburbs. Julie

I help run a support group in Reynoldsburg on the East side of Columbus. Meetings are free. We meet the 3rd Monday of the month and in September we will be having a post-op potluck (open to anyone who would like to come) at 7pm. Bring your favorite post-op dish (along with a copy of the recipe that I can run off a copy for everyone) to share. Plates, silverwear and napkins will be provided. It should be a fun evening.
