Getting ready to start jumping through hoops to get medicaid approval!!!
I am going to attempt to get medicaid approval for surgery
, wish me luck. I was denied 3 years ago through United Healthcare, maybe now i will have better luck considering my back problems have worsened to the point of constant pain, not to mention the depression
!! If anyone has any suggestions on how to speed up the process of medicaid approval please clue me in.

My surgery nurse told me they didnt need a approval. That if you have health problems they will let you have the surgery. But you have to pay the doctor $380.00 upfront. So i do not know if this information is 100 percent accurate. But that is what I was told. My Medicaid is secondary. But she told me if I didnt want to wait on my insurance This was a option. I decided to wait so I would have to pay nothing.
