I am so proud of you Jaimee. You are a real hero. What inspiration you give to everyone. I am so glad about the tumor. Great news. Dr.C found one on my stomach while doing the surgery. I was so lucky too. Do you remember our first meeting about the recipe? I was a newby . I just laugh about that now. Anyway I cant wait to meet you and give you a big hug. Love love love, Cindy

The recipe thing has long since been forgiven and forgotten. You have shown yourself to be a truly sweet lady and I am glad you are part of our little family here. I have a few hugs for you too!

OH, you have to count calories?? My doc said to never do that again...maybe it's cuz I had a different surgery? I'd hate to diet for the rest of my life. Congrats on the loss. Tonya

I don't really have to count them, it just gives me an idea of where I am. I tend to track maybe one day a week. I have a good feel for how nutritious most of my food is and I usually fall within a target range without thinking about it. Definitely not "dieting". Just like to know I am on track. Extra calories can sneak in quickly and sabotage this surgery.
