9 mo follow up appointment
Hi guys!!! 
Today was my follow up appointment with Dr Price. I actually has a twofer because I had to see him about the tumor that I found in my lymph node too. I was sweating it a bit in regards to that. There was a slight possibility that it could have been cancerous but he is convinced that it is benign so we will just keep an eye on things and he wants a baseline mammogram to have on record. (WHEW...she wipes her brow off in relief)
Also, of course, I was weighed and when He came in to talk to me he was grining really big and said my labs look awesome. I asked him how far I was from his goal (my own goal is 150#) and he said at 169# since I have a pretty large frame and I am fairly tall (5'7") he considers me at goal and that I am a total success in his book. Talk about good news!!!! 
I plan to lose down to my own personal goal. He also told me to up my calories to 1500 when I want to stabilize my weight. Now I usually eat around 1000 so that is quite an increase (I really can't imagine eating that much) But when I walked out of there I felt like a million bucks knowing that I made my surgeon's goal for me in less than 9 mo. What a gift this surgery is.
