Well I wrote John Matarese too and he relpied tonight. So mean. I never thought he could be so mean. He said I might as well blamed my meter reader,plumber or mailman for my bad face job. I am so upset. He then said he was sorry he was so disrespectful. HA...I really dont think I deserved this at all. Thanks for the help John, I will never watch channel 9 again.

Cindy, I am so sorry you are having this experience. I hope you can find some help. Have you checked with the medical board? Have you thought about a private lawsuit? You are such a beautiful person and so supportive of everyone on here. I wish there was something we could do to turn this experience around for you. Julie
