Jeez Cindy-that is almost mean! (KIDDING). I get horrible gas pains, thankfully it usually doesn't come out too awfully odiferous. Mine always hurts on my left side, a little beneath my ribs. Sometimes it is bad enough that I just lay there and moan-waiting for it to move on. When I first had it, I thought for sure something was horribly wrong...my WLS had gone so smoothly and I was feelin fine then, whammo! Luckily I don't always get gas, but I have not pinpointed what exactly causes me to get it or not. I guess that just takes time! Take care! Rebecca R

Cindy.... You are lucky...I would not wish gas pains on anyone. Mine feel like labor pains and can take my breath away just as bad. Thank goodness for GAS X...I never leave home without it Sherri

Hi Cindy, Before surgery I never had problems with gas. I would get gas, pass it and be better. I am 11 days post-op and still dealing with the surgery gas. OMG .. it is terrible!! I feel like a balloon!! Put some helium in me and I might just float away. I am curious how long it takes for this bloated feeling to go away. Shellie
