Portions?

Was just wondering what size portions is everyone consuming at 9 months out? Sometimes I feel like I'm eating too much or not enough!! Thanks.

I am 8 months out Connie, but I eat about 3/4 of a cup of food. Here is an example of a typical days meals for me. I can't imagine our portions would be much different from 8 months to 9 months. Decaf coffee 12 oz Breakfast protien shake or 6 melba toast rounds and 2T peanutbutter or 1/2 protien bar and 1/2 banana Lunch 2 1 ounce slices (thin) of turkey breast meat with 2 sm sweet pickles or 2 ounces of cheese and a pickle or a sm wendy's chili Dinner 3-4 oz meat and 2 Tablespoons of vegetables snack 2 cups popped popcorn 80 oz of water and a zerocarb isopure Maybe this will help. My days are so different. Some days I am hungrier than the next. I just eat what I want but I cant eat very much. I dont have portions or anything. For me, I cant do that. I cant think about what I eat every minute because I would go crazy. I go from day to day and minute to minute. Its my personality and I just do it automatically. Yesterday,Let me think....... for breakfast I had an egg and cheese omlet . I just make a 3 egg one and I take a small corner of it and the DH eats the rest.I had a piece of Pepperige farm thin toast with butter and I was totally full. I eat cherrys all day. A few at a time/ Lunch I had a half of a ham sandwich with a little mayo on thin toast and 3 potato chips for the crunch. Then at dinner I had a very thin pork chop with bbq sauce, and I was stuffed. I also around 4 try to always eat my veggie and then dinner at around 6. That way I seem to get it in. I try to make a salad or a green veggie and enjoy it more then. It took about 11 months to figure that out. I look forward to the veggie then and can just have my protien at dinner. It works for me and I dont have to ever think about a diet. If I want something I eat it. But just a few bites, I dont crave anything because if I do I am in trouble. After a year of this I feel very normal now. I never think about diet. I cant drink any diet drinks at all. They just fill me up until I feel sick. I drink very little and am trying everyday to fix that problem. I drink reg.coffee every morning and it helps the bathroom problem lol. Good luck to all, I hope this helps. Cindy
