I can't believe I'm one entire month post-op! I remember when my count-down started at 43 days, and my surgery is a whole month ago! Surgery was 6/23....today is 7/23...I arrive in Ireland on 10/23. I hope to shed 75 pounds before my trip!

I'm just a couple of days behind you and can not believe how time flies. I'm hoping to get the same amt off next month that I did this month. We'll be slim and trim before we know it!!
