DEACONESS CHARITABLE SUPPORT CASES

I am happy to announce that we now have the funding to start our charitable support program! We are opening up applications for patients who need surgical weight loss but do not have the medical coverage or the finances to pay for it. Before people get too excited, we only have funds for about 5 cases a year and we will probably get hundreds of applications for these slots. It is not on a first-come-first-serve basis either, we will review all the applications at once. If you want an application, call our office at 513.559.2545 and select option 2 for our nurse coordinator. I want to know do you have to go through the whole process of seeing phychologist, nutrionist and all that all over again? Or do you just qualify if you are selected and Then submitt your previous records over from whereever you were going to go to have the surgery done?
