Can anyone tell me where I can buy sugar free/ fat free yogurt?? I can't find it anywhere!!!! p.s. 16 more hours till surgery!!

Krogers has their own brand name yogurt that is sweetened with Splenda and is low fat (I don't know about fat free).... it is wonderful. Good luck on your surgery... I am just 6-week's post op and doing GREAT!!! I've lost 31 pounds to date and feel better than I have in years. I wish you all the best!!! Karen
