Hi Tabitha long time no hear. that is so great you have lost 34 pounds in just three weeks. Im proud of you girl, and to everyone else that has done well w/ weight loss. I myself have lost 22 pounds in just 2 weeks and 3 days, i was upset @ first b/c i felt i was loosing it slow but now im ok w/ the whole thing. I have to apprciate what i've lost so far so i can love when i loose a lot. well I go see Dr makmi next week on the 18th, i'll really be able to find out how must i've lost. Im looking for a support group meeting, in the columbus area anyone let me know if you know of one. Tabitha we should get together w/ paula and who ever else and go, if nothing else get together and do our own support meeting. let me know what you all think that live close to col. Buy now. Hi Adrienn, It was nice talking to u on the phone yesterday!!! Good job on the 22 lbs! Thats great!!! Once you can start exercising it will come off faster I'm sure!! The support meeting idea sounds great, I think they are the 1st wednesday of each month, I will check it out and let you know if I find the info!!
