medicaid put off

medicaid called me in june to say that they would be reviewing my case in early july. I called them this morning to check, and was told that the july review was cancelled, and that they would review my case "within the next two months", and that they're sorry it will be that long, but it is due to problems "out of thier control" What? I hate the thought of being put off another two months. I'm just sure that I'd be approved, if only I could get them to look at my application.

Hi Tresa, I'm sorry to hear about your situations. I know from experience that it can take anywhere from 8-12 months to get approval in many cases. The positive in your situation is that you were not denied. I have learned many things during my journey and patience was one of them.
