I am so looking forward to seeing you girls tommorow. Since all of us have 1:00 appts we should all insist on being put in the same room so we can make our top secret Angel plans. Hi Laura, My appointment time was changed from the original time....kindv'e stinks, I called last friday just to double check the time and they didn't even have me scheduled, they had cancelled my appointment!! 2 weeks ago when Liz called me for my 1 week check up and I was having chest pains and other problems, she said she would try to get me in the next monday, but that she doubted that they could but she would talk to the secretary and see if there was anything available, she said they will call if they could get me in and if not they wouldn't call. ANyway they did have me scheduled for that Monday....which I just found out, the secretary said that Liz told her to put in on that Monday but just to put it all on hold depending on if I went to the ER or not, well I had called back and left a voice mail with Liz saying I was on my way to the ER. So they had to squeeze me in this Monday for the only time they could!!! ANyway my appointment isnt' until 2:30 so I will probably miss you guys..... Tabitha, You look so much younger and prettier than in your picture. It was so nice meeting you!!! I hope you got a good report from Dr M. I wish we could of had more time to talk and we could of gotten some pictures of some of Mikami's angels.. Because We all look so darned gorgeous now.. LOL Love and hugs, Laura

Miss Julie, How did it go with the Doc. I am on Step 4 now and dont have to go bac****il November. I have lost 73 pounds now and gonna keep on doing what I am doing. I got cleared today to start the rest of my exercise routine. Would you believe that this crazy chick flexed her arm muscles to show the Doc how strong I am getting from swimming. I must be totally insane.

Well here is my update... down 53lbs.....doing great. I was so happy to be there today. I told Dr Mikami his group of girls where coming in to see him today. I hope everyone else gets a good review. Take Care!!!!!!!!!! Hugs, Julie
