Anti-inflammatory drugs

Anyone have any luck in finding a good anti-inflammatory med. My pcp prescribed a nsaid Lodine and I did not check it out right away and after a few days real sore feeling pouch. Needless to say I will be real careful reading about drugs before taking them now. It was the first time any new drug prescribed since surgery 1 1/2 years ago. PCP's need more info for this growing trend in RNY!!!!

You can call your surgeons office, and they should be able to give your PCP a list of WLS friendly drugs. Hugs, Lisa

my Dr. has me on Flexeril - I take it as needed or up to 3 times a day. I'm just over 7 months post-op, and have been using them (as needed) since well the post-op days started.
