Gobble - Gobble
Guess what?
2.5 months after I complained about my saggy, turkey neck....
Well I still got the turkey gullet thing going on, but not nearly as bad,
I've lost 3.5" in my neck again since April.
I could feel it tightening up, I thought something was wrong with me at first, felt like I had a too high necked shirt on and it was tight. Who knew! I sure didn't, but I see the difference from the pic the sleep center
took and when they measured my neck I asked how big?
and I still have my C-pap
only at a lower setting, so that's a bummer.
But....
Woohoo!
I
Do
Have
A
Neck
Now!

Vickie,
I'm still pre-op and waiting for a date. My cpap is at 15. How much did your's go down after the sleep study? I look like a star wars character in mine and can't wait to get off it
, but I do love the great night's sleep I get with it.
That's encouraging about the skin tightening up. I'm coming to Toledo for my face lift. It sounds cheaper than Cincy.
This is my last work day until August first. So I'm slacking off and
. Luann

My C-pap setting was 16, now it's set at 12 and I've lost =133 lbs
. It would only be set at 9 IF I stayed sleeping on my side, but I end up on my back sometime before morning. I was hoping that darn thing would just go away by now, but I didn't have much luck there.
I'm not going to worry about a face lift now, it was more my neck area anyways I wanted fixed, but the lines on my face, come with age anyways, I'm 46 afterall.
Now my tummy, the twins and arms are another story. Arms I will have to pinch my pennies cause I know insurance will NOT pay for that. They do pay for the tummy and twins, IF medically neccessary.
I'm kinda wishing i had a month off - so I repeat myself, I don't like my job..so I need to do something about that for sure.
Have a great day! I suppose I should work, since I'm at work
hugs,
