You are not my surgeon, but I wanted you to know that I think you are a remarkable person. I know you have to be an extremely busy man but you always take the time to answer peoples questions in a very sincere manner. Some surgeons would be ****y and act like we should just automatically know the answers to all of these questions. But you are always so respectful and kind of your patients and non patients.
