Low Blood Pressure Question for DR C

Hello Dr C, For the past couple months I have been having these episodes of dizziness, nausea. I thought my iron was low well, I have been taking my blood pressure and it has been running 95/60 to 100/68 staying around this range. Prior to my surgery I always had high blood pressure, now it's a little too low. I wasnt really to concerned about it until someone told me that I could stroke with low blood pressure that I needed to monitor it a bit closer. What is your suggestion? Thank you Jackie Cannon

Jackie, I've never heard of anybody stroking from low blood pressure unless they had serious carotid artery blockages or something like that. A blood pressure of 90/60 is normal in some folks. Just make sure you are not taking any medications that might make your already low blood pressure even lower. C
