I didn't allow myself a lot of variation. I'm sure this isn't what Erin would advise, but I really don't crave variety that much.
Every day:
1 CIB with Unjury flavored protein powder.. breakfast
1 Atkins shake..lunch
1 large bowl of soup..dinner..probably more than I should have ate
2 servings lowfat or no fat cottage cheese..snacks
1 sugarfree fudgesickle.. snack
1 scoop of Nectar Fuzzy Navel protein powder in Crystal Lite. Not every day, but when I was working really hard.
I filled in with lots of Crystal Lite, Propel, SF popsickles
Usually came out to about 80 gm protein. More than I needed.
Just do what your dietitian tells you and you'll be fine.
