HEY EVERYONE, good morning well i wanted to know if anyone out there in cyberspace land had any goood stage 2 food suggestion im just getting really sick of jello so i would appreacatie any thoughts i went to OSU btw so if any fellow osu's are out there u might know a little better about what we can have stage 2 but again i will take any suggestions well i am off to sleep now pain pills kicking in have a good day

I did the veggie soup thing. My sister in law blended a large pot of soup in the blender(minus corn and and peas) Then she put it in ice cube trays,and I would pop 1 or 2 of them and put them in the microwave until they got hot/ I would then put it over mashed potatoes,soft,and it was great. Maybe this is the next stage,I cant remember lol. Good luck,this to will pass

Hi Val, I am also in stage 2 right now. My staple is some spaghetti sauce stuff I made up. What I did was cook some ground beef, add some tomato sauce, tomato puree, crushed tomatoes, and tomato paste. I cooked it up, even added a few spices and then I blended a good amount of it and I eat it every day. It tastes great to me and is both protein and veggies. Hope this helps. Julie
