I care Valorie.Welcome home...Just have alot of popsycles/ That was my lifesaver. You dont want to get sick so just stick to the program as perfect as you can and you will do fine. Are you allowed to have cream soups? I will look on my old papers and write again if I find something good,Love,Cindy

Good Morning Valorie, well my morning LOL. I Care also. It is getting easier with time. I liked Cocoa wheats. They were filling and gave me some tastes. They seemed to sooth my pouch. I am hooked on s/f popcycles. Good way to get in water. Congrats on your surgery and look forward to your progress. RIchard

Valerie, the 2 things that really appealed to me were blended beef vegetable soup (make sure you have the beef) and tomato soup....the tomato soup should be made with milk and I stirred ricotta cheese into it...then it melted and really added a good flavor and made a creamy texture. My daughter also made instant fat free, sugar free pudding with protein powder added...it was a good way to get the protein in. Liz Hillsboro
