If you could ask any question at all of your Doc..what would it be? I am going to head up the Q and A at the conference in August..I am going to put some questions together before hand..now is the time for you to be perfectly honest and ask the questions you were to shy, to embarressed or just kept forgetting to ask. Email me if you would rather this be a private questions. I will ask it at the conference but none of the questions will have a name..if it is for a certain doc you can do that too.. I am not sure of every doc on the panel as of yet..I have to get with them to see who wants to do it..I know Dr. Curry is one..Dr. Smith from KY is another. Dr. Curry you can help me out by sending me a question that you think is important enough to talk about in front of the crowd. and no you cannot ask if the Doc is married ..LOL

Richard, I love your question and I already asked that one and was told 2 weeks...But hey Im sure it depends on how you are feeling. I think I would have to ask this question. As a postop, how do you deal with shopping for foods when you have young children in the home. I have two children both under the age of 5?....Pam

Your kids will eat much healthier ,believe me. They will never get our bad habits because you will shop healthy. Everything you buy will be great for them, Fresh fruits,Veggies,Skim milk(I use 1%) You will eat the same as you do now except just a little and you will feel so full. You wont want the fatty fried foods or the heavy meats. It is all good, believe me

I am often surprised how few people know whether they are proximal or distal. I think we should ask the benefits and disadvantages to each. I think another important question to ask is how long you should be under your surgeons care before being released to your primary care doctor. Cheryl

What long-term studies are being done on post-ops that are 5 years or more post-op? This is important relating to long-term health and nutrition.
