6 month check up

I just had my 6 month check up. It is hard to believe that it has been 6 months already. But what a wonderful 6 months (hard, but wonderful!). I am down 90lbs. I need to lose another 25 to reach my goal. It is getting a lot harder to lose. But that's okay, I feel so much better and that was the main reason for having the surgery. I hugged Dr. White and thanked him for giving me this wonderful gift. It really is the best gift that you can give yourself!

I think after 6 months it really gets easier because you finally know your limitations. I agree,its like someone gave us such a wonderful life we missed for so long
