Incision not healing

I am 6 weeks post-op and my incision reopened after a couple of weeks and it is not healing. I have had it surgically reopened 2 wks ago, been on an antibiotic for 3 wks, had a wound vac to drain it, and now I have to have it surgically reopened tomorrow. There is still lots of awful drainage. I was wondering if anyone else had been through this. Help and encouragement would be appreciated. I really feel pretty good otherwise. Just getting really disheartened with that part of my recovery. Thanks! Pj

I am 7 1/2 weeks out with my open roux-en-y and didn't have problems with that incision, however I did have a c-section incision come open. I had visiting nurses come twice a day for 8 weeks to help pack the wound. I was open for about 4 months total. It was not fun! Good luck!
