Hello Rob, My name is Richard Wilson. I don't have Anthem, however if you go to the top of the page and find Insurers. You can look who has had them and what they thought about them. I found some people that had the same Insurance as you. Just remember all insurances are different. Good Luck, Richard

They approved me for RNY but not lapband.
