Who should I talk to in Dr. Curry's billing office....

I have an overpayment of $52 to the Dr.'s office and I would like to get a refund. I've call and followed up with documentation but haven't gotten the refund yet. I would appreciate a point in the right direction. Thanks, Miss Q
