Medical Bracelet!

Hi Everyone! I hope you all are doing great! I know this has been posted so many times but I was getting ready to order a medical bracelet and can't remember what to have put on it as far as WLS, SO if you wonderful people could help me out here, I would appreciate it!! Thanks in advance!! Tabitha

Liz, yeah, I called Dr. Mikami's office today about it and his secretary said she never heard of people getting these for having surgery......she seemed shocked but said it was a good idea!! HELLO!! KInd of funny I think!! If I find anything out, I will let you know! Tab

hi Tabitha! I am definitely going to order a bracelet, and my friend Gayle who had the surgery in Nov. is as well. It WAS a beautiful day....but I was feeling a little weird so I called Dr. M's office...I ended up having to go to the ER (Doc's orders) to have several tests. He was worried about my hemoglobin etc...it turned out I was dehydrated...duh. I felt really foolish...BUT they let me go home with the promise of drink, drink, drinking...so I didn't have to stay in!! So I better go...DRINK!!! Liz Hilssboro

Tabitha, Where are you ordering your from? Just curious. I have not done this yet. I was told that you have to say what type of surgery you have had: ex: RNY Gastric Bypass NO NG TUBE USE ENDOSCOPY That is what I have seen.. not sure how accurate it is. Maybe Val can tell us what it should say. Val you out there??? Thanks Julie

You can go to makemethis.com and get on with 6 lines for only $6.95 and that includes shipping, you can get less lines then that if you want too! I'm going to get mine and redo it fancy with beads and stuff when I get it! I know Paula had Dr. Mikami's name and phone number on hers and the No Scope. but can't remember the rest!. Paula ordered hers there and said the chain and bracelet is really nice. She said they ship them out fast too, I just can't remember what to have put on it and I can't get a hold of Paula, I will let you know once i find out, I may post on the main message board, they are great over there about stuff like that!!
