GUESS WHAT?

Guess Who just got approved??????????? ME!!!!!!!!!!! I just can't believe it, Kathy from OSU called at 9:20 am this morning and said I'm approved and asked which surgeon I wanted, of course I said which ever one I could have my surgery done the fastest! She said Dr. Mikami's office will call me if its him and Dr. Needlemen's office will send a letter which could be a week or 2. So again I wait.........which is okay with me! At least I now know I'm approved! OMG I can't believe it! Of course I can't get a hold of hubby on his cell phone to tell him. I can't get ahold of Paula or my mother.........does that not figure??!! Anyway I just wanted to share my good news with all of you wonderful people, I'm sure I'm really going to be asking alot of questions, so bare with me!! OMG I'm approved!!!! I'm sorry.... I'm thinking out loud!! Have a wonderful day! I know I will, today is my son Rylan's 5th birthday, I'm soo glad it was today that I got the news!! What a day!! I am so happy for you. Your life will change so much. You are such a beautigul girl and I am glad you are getting this done while you are so young. Thats my biggest regret is waiting until I was 56. Whoooooohoooooo!!!! I am so happy for you. Congrats! We are going to be so close in our dates. Who knows we could be on the same day??? We will have to go out to dinner for our last dinner or something ... I know this takes weight off your shoulders, it did mine. I could not stop screaming I was so happy. Thanks soooo much Julie! That would be cool if we had the same surgery dates!! When do you go to Dr. Mikami? Kathy from OSU called me back and said I would be seeing him too! She said once I receive my approval letter, to fax it to her and she will send it over to his office! I'm soooo excited! I've been in such a daz all day, still can't believe it! I'm just glad that I only have one more dietian class left on Monday then I'm ready to go!! Nothing holding me back! I called Paula today and she said she received her letter 3 days after they approved her. So I'm hoping it will come friday in the mail!! I will be sure to keep you posted to everything!! Congratulations Tabitha, I live really close to you. In Lima. Sending you good wishes. I had my surgery 2/7/05. I am 2 mos. out and doing well. If I can be of any help, please let me know. We'll have to get a support group going. Kasey
