Its time for a new beginning

Hi everyone i'm VERY happy to see a site on the compuer dedicated to OBESE (I just love that word) people.I have been turned down for WLS 3 times, all by different insurance companys but i'm not giving up ( even though sometimes its hard) i know that this surgery will change my life,and let me live again. I live in Ohio just moved the Findlay area if anyone has any advice for me i would appreciate it dearly.

Findlay isn't far from me at all what was the reason the company denied you? did you appeal and howd you manage 3 different companies just courious

Dear Kelly, Don't give up your are worth it. I am beginning my third appeal and I don't plan on giving up until the fat lady sings. Oh !!!!! That's me and I ain't singing yet. I want so badly to have the next letter be an approval letter instread on a denial. Haven't we all experienced failure enough? You go girl and appeal again. We're all supporting you. Sorry I don't know what insurance helps. I'm dealing with Aetna and BC/BS of Illinois. Stay away from them. Luann
