Hi Vickie, Its cold here in Marion also. 1) The nice thing about the way I ate is that I was not really a big sweet person. SO sugar which I don't touch at all is really all I stay away from. Everything else I make WLS friendly and my family eats the same way ( well almost the same). But one thing I have thought about was a pint of Baskin Robbins peanut butter and chocolate Ice cream. Man "was" that good. 2) In October and yes my sign is the Scales. LOL (Libra) 3) I have two children (girls) ages 13 and 14. DO I need to say more? 4) I have two dogs. Zoe and gidget.

Healthy choice has a sugar free peanut butter and cho**** cream. Very very good

Hi Richard, good for you to drop in and see us! Yeah tell us about the girls, I have 2 boys (single parent, boy did we have some interesting conversations...lol) Breyers also as a good new low everything ice cream, if my kid will eat it, it has to be good.

yanno, I gave up Pepsi 2 years before surgery and dunchaknow? that is one of the 1st cravings I had. Stuck my finger in my Mom's glass, tasted it and bleck, craving over.

Well Happy Birthday/Easter, looky y'all this is our Easter Bunny this year! I got a miracle child too, I was just told I probably would never conceive as things in "there" aren't situated right, low and behold, a couple months later I was sick every morning, this was strange for someone who rarely get's ill. SURPRISE! My gift from God was so very much wanted though, now I have 2 of those gifts, which I treasured daily.

THE THING THAT I THINK I WILL MISS THE MOST BESIDE A GOOD STEAK IS MY DIET COKE THE 32oz. I'VE GOT A 10 YEAR LOVE AFFAIR GOING ON. 2. Whens your birthday? Do you fit your astrological *sign* JULY, SOMEWHAT I FIT THE LEO SIGN, I'M NOT THE ONE SEAKING THE ATTENTION BUT HIDING IN THE CORNER BUT MY WEIGHT I AM SURE HAS ALOT TO DO WITH THAT. WELL WHEN I WAS WITH MY HUSBAND WE HAD 2 DOGS, 10 INDOOR CATS, AND ABOUT 20 OUTDOOR STRAYS WE TOOK CARE OF. NOW THAT THE BOYS AND I LIVE WITH MY MOTHER WE HAVE ONE BETA FISH NAMED WHAT ELSE "SPIDEY FISH". WHO IS RED LIKE SPIDERMAN.

At 3 months post-op I had steak, cooked to perfection, tender, juicy... mmmm so you'll eat that again one day. I dunno here, I think I have the worlds 2 most handsomest sons. Both with gorgeous green eyes...long lashes, MINE I TELL YA...lol
