Happy Spring and Get 2 know you 4!

wowowow 2 years already, great job Valerie! Not to start trouble or nothing, but Briers has a NEW NSA ice cream. The vanilla with p/b and choc is 3 grams sugar, 3 protein and 3 sugar alcohols, I bought it more for my son as I am not a big ice cream eater and he sure don't need the sugar. I've tried a bite, twice now, pretty darn good stuff in my mouth, but I know it's OK if my kid IS eating it. lol

Oh I am gonna have to check into that one. As long as it is low in sugar alcohols I am fairly safe. That stuff is wicked with me. Yep, if the kids eat it you know it has to be pretty good! You should hear my kids...there isn't anything in this house but protein!! I love it. I know.... about 4 months until my big 2 year anniversary. I can't believe it either...my go**** just seemed like yesterday when I thought I would NEVER get my surgery date! Time flies when you are having fun and life is good! I am enjoying every minute of it too!!

1. If your post-op, what if anything are you craving ? If your pre-op, what do you think you'll miss the most, or crave? I am on a low carb high protein diet and I am craving anything really. I just want something that tastes good! I am sick of meat and cheese 2. Whens your birthday? Do you fit your astrological *sign* July 31st. Not sure about the sign, I know that I am a Leo but that is all I know about that subject. 3. Do you have children/grandchildren, if so how many and how old? I have two girls 14 and 2 4. Pets? I'm pretty sick of meat myself. Cheese don't do to often because then I have problems in another area. Just milk is giving me that effect.. ugghhh, started some Benefiber this morning, now I'm afraid to, well nevahmind .. lol

I am not sure, but I think chocolate would be what I would miss the most. 2. Whens your birthday? Do you fit your astrological *sign* My birthday is December 3, making me a Saggitarius. I think I do fit my sign because I am a sports nut and very out-going! 3. Do you have children/grandchildren, if so how many and how old? I have three children. My boys will be 20 and 19 next month(they are not quite a year apart), and I have a daughter that is 15. 4. Pets? I love animals!! I have a 12 year old Australian Shepard mix( I aquired him from a friend of mine that is seriously ill) named Celtic, a 5 year old Bichon Frise named Chloe, that is my true baby. I have two manx cats a female named Sadie and a male named Pookie.

Actually your tastebuds really do change after surgery, I thought I would just die w/o chocolate! Well I'm still alive, didn't taste the chocolate taste until 3 months post-op, get it from NSA/CIB's now.. Oh I have looked at the Hostess section, but that's all. Not interested and I was a true chocoholic pre-op, if I craved something then, that was it.

OOOHHHH Vickie! These are SO much fun...okay 1. I am pre-op ****il 3/30), I will miss my venti triple vanilla lattes from Starbucks. 2. My birthday is April 1st, 1967. I am an Aries-and yes! I fit the sign. 3. I have a son-Richard, age 14 and a daughter-Rachel, age 13 and a stepson-Tad, age 4. 4. I have 4 dogs, Tank-a Tibetan Mastiff, Lobo-a husky/malamute mix, Spencer-a collie/husky mix and Brooklyn-a possible ****apoo-but I believe she is a true MUTT. I also have a house-which is a mess, and a yard-which is a mess and two jobs, which is why the house and yard are messy...and I am in a panic because I don't have any time off work between now and the surgery except Good Friday....eeeekkkkkkk.

Hi All ! I am neither post or pre, well I guess, I haven't even been approved, but hoping soon to be, anyway , My date of birth is 8/2/69 and I am a Leo. I have two children that drive me nuts my daughter is 16 and my son will be 13 the 30th of this month.. they both are pretty good kids but they fight way way to much ,, I can't stand it anymore. you ARE pre-op, think positively! I was a pre-op for over 4 years, nearly 5, I had a lot of roadblocks along the way in my journey, but I never gave up. Remember it's not over until the fat lady sings, and I AM the fat lady and I AM Not singing, s***...lol ~~prayers~~
