Size Friendly GYN in Dayton?

Can anyone recommend a size friendly GYN in Dayton? I keep putting off going because of past bad experiences, but I have a consultation at the WISH center in May and want to have all my tests done beforehand. Thanks in advance, Kym

Kym, If you can drive to Columbus, there is a FABULOUS GYN at OSU (Stoneridge @ Dublin) named Deborah Bartholomew. She (I think) is the director of Women's Health at OSU. She actually referred me for WLS at OSU last June. I weighed 380 the last time she saw me (this time last year). She is very pleasant and friendly! I highly recommend her! Amy RNY-June/04 -150 lbs

I was 416 pre op and I have a wonderful GYN in Centerville who is most definately size friendly!! His name is Dr. William Dorsey and his office is across from Dayton Mall. His phone is 937-439-5252. I cannot say enough good things about this doctor, his bedside manners are impeccable and he never once made me feel uncomfortable... Good Luck

I go to Dr Sanghvi. I went to him when I had both of my boys and he is a true gentlemen. He reinfoced that weight loss is important for your health, but never judged me for my size. His office is on North Main Street. Karen
