Dr. Cook from OSU ! wanting to talk to you !

Hi Dr. Cook, I am looking into you doing my surgery if the medical card will approve it,I am 35 yrs old. my BMI is about 46 to 47,and I weigh almost 300 lbs I really want to have this surgery, I have been thinking about it every sence I first heard about it . I am wanting to know what it is you can do for me to help me get it approved.. or what I need to do .. thank you Lisa.

Hello... I am not Dr. Cook and I dont really know if he even gets on here, but I am having my surgery at OSU on March 29th... You might want to call OSU and have them get you some paper work... It is a long procedure before you even get to the point of surgery... I started last July, so please be patient...
