clothing exchange

I'm trying to see about starting a local clothing exchange at the center where I had my surgery (1 week post op!! yay!!) i know the concept but have no idea how it actually works. i have an o.k. from the center, i just need to get a clue. anyone out there have a clothing exchange in their area they could share ideas with me about???? appreciate any help!!!
