help... cost to much for me/suggestions

I just found out that due to the type of insurance I have they will only cover 10,000 dollars of my surgery.. the clinic I would be going to St vincents cleveland)would only charge me 5,000 on top of that amount although surgery is normally 32,000 dollars at this facility. I would be more than happy to pay for the membership $250 but I don't have the extra 5 grand. I am 44 years old, I have high blood pressure, severe osteoarthritis, sleep apnea, as well as the self esteem of a newt. I just found out my first grandbaby is on the way and some days I cant even walk. I desperatley have tried the dieting everything.. and yo yo yo is all I can say.. Is there anyone out there that could suggest a place to advertise for donations. I know thousands of people have had this surgery and it has changed their life. Now would be a chance for them to dontae a small amount of money and help change someone else's...mine.. I mean if i could get the word out there if 5000 people donated $1 each.. is that terrible to ask for a chance at a new healthier life? Or does anyone have suggestions on how to find someone that accepts the payment from insurance as payment in full? I have waited 7 years researching and thinking and now Im ready and this. I even tried to purchase other medical insurance only of course to be turned down because of MY WEIGHT Willing to listen to any suggestions
