Small Strides
I will be 5 weeks post-op on Friday. I have lost approximately 20 lbs. in that time. I was getting a bit discouraged because the weight seems to be coming off slowly (or more slowly than I would like)
BUT.....
Today hubby had a doctor's appointment and wanted me to go. I decided to get out of the sweat pants that I usually wear around here and put on some "real" pants (blue jeans). Well, I started with the jeans I wore pre surgery and they just fell right off of me
So, I try a size smaller and they were baggy! Finally, the 3rd pair of pants fit
and they were a pair that I hadn't worn in sometime and 2 sizes smaller than what I was wearing pre-surgery!
So, now I have new motivation and I like how this feels!

Pauletta,
I would say that is REMARKABLE! We are at about the same point as far as being about 5 weeks out. I am so happy for you!
Dropping two pants sizes is really wonderful. Prolly you don't see it when you look at yourself in the mirror, but I'm sure others do!
Congratulations!
