Back to the hospital tomorrow! aaaargh

I have to go in for a couple of days tomorrow. They are going to put a pic line in to give me TPN (nutrition and protein) through my IV until my ulcer heals. I felt bed cuz I broke down and cried in front of the doctor. She was so sweet and told me it would be alright.

Jill, I'm so sorry your going through all this. But look on the bright side. 1. They have found out what is wrong. 2. It's being taken care of. 3. We're all here for you!!!!!!!!! Now sit back relax and rest while your in the hospital. What hospital will you be at?? Robin W

Jill, I am on the TPN and have a Pic line. At first I wasn't happy, but now that I am a little better its not bad. I got so I couldn't keep anything down--even after two upper GI's and a Scope--I felt no better.....until the TPN. I am so greatful not to be vomiting. I was so weak that I could't move without help. A health nurse now comes to my house 3 days a week and my husband changes the feeding bags--not everyone has to be on it 24 hours and I probably won't be for long, but at least I am a litttle better--even though I have rubber legs.
